Ricotta cookies, if you've ever had an anise cookie it's really similar but the ricotta makes the dough so soft and yummy I like to eat them cold but I'm a weirdo so... They are really a pain in the ass to make so I just go to the deli and buy them lol

Dad's FB Video!! Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... Tell me if I'm wrong here. My husband's sil has covid. She's obviously quarantining in her house but is still loving on her kids and husband. I'm sorry but if I had it I would lock myself in a room. She hasn't gotten her kids tested... they're obviously doing the whole remote learning and quarantining for two weeks but she plans to send them back without testing them on the Monday after Thanksgiving 😬😱. My husband thinks I'm overreacting but I told him I don't want to see them on Christmas. I'm in the middle of iui cycles and don't want to risk this. Besides I don't think I could sit in a room with her knowing how irresponsible she has been not only with her family's health but those that are coming into contact with her and her family.
