Has anyone's family helped buy baby items ? My family really hasn't i.e. My mother bought 2 baby blankets and an outfit. Not that it bugs me I'm just wondering. We've bought everything ourselves.

Almost everything has been bought for us and I couldn't be more greatful! The only thing we've had to buy is little stuff like outfits diapers socks and stuff

My mother got us the crib, travel system, a diaper bag, a bather, and a box of diapers.... Shocked me because she didn't get anything for my first son.
