Just watched my first natural birth video. Getting induced Friday so thought I'd see what the plan was. I have to say I'm starting to get really nervous about it.

Wow that's crazy. My BP stays up and I had protein in my urine. They just wanna wait until 38 weeks, so they've kept me in hospital all week an I tell you it's awful. @mum2logi
good luck momma. I had pre-eclampsia as well but they didn't induce me. they never would do a blood test like I asked to see so when I went to deliver they finally saw that I had it.
Thank you! They want me to walk today an tomorrow an try to get to 5cm so they don't have to give me meds. But I don't see myself dilating 2 more CM in a day. I'll be getting the pitocin
I was wanting to go natural but unfortunately had to have pitocen for him to get out faster (his heart rate was dropping) I did good till I was 8cm. good luck momma.
That's what I heard. I don't feel my contractions now so hopefully my pain tolerance can handle it lol @michelle2220
well being induced and going natural are very different. being induced hurts a lot more
I don't doubt it! hope the time goes by fast. my blood pressure was higher than my normal and when I'd go it would be high and they'd tell me to go to the hospital then it would go down (naturally, duh!) so they'd send me home. it wouldn't show up in my urine but I knew it would in my blood and they wouldn't listen. idk what it was while I was delivering but I went to the ER where my son was transferred to and it was 200/98.
