Does anyone's 8 month old have reflux?

My 15 month old does.

How can you tell if they have it? @hart.momma :/

Elliot has had reflux since he was born, it was really bad when he was a newborn. He's on 2 different medicines and we're doing extra calories in his formula. The past 2 months have been great, he never spit up! I even decreased his medicine to 2x a day. The past 2 days he's spit up a few times in his crib. I'm just wondering if his reflux is going in waves or something? @hart.momma

@orionsmomma, my son had an upper GI study done because he has a lot of GI issues & that showed it.

@vb95, it's probably because you decreased the meds the meds were probably helping.

It's just so random, we bumped it back up to 4 times a day. @hart.momma

@vb95, it could also be worse because of something he ate. Like if it was acidic or whatever lol

Is he better now with his meds upped ? Parkers meds actually stopped working at that age because he was on meds since 2 weeks

I just upped them yesterday, same dose just back to 4 times. Elliot was on meds since he was about 1 month. I called his doctor the nurse called back and said he's out of the office this afternoon so I'll hear back tomorrow. I'm wondering if since now he's older and weighs more, maybe the dose needs to be increased. @hart.momma
