Can you drink coffee during pregnancy and trying to conceive? Is it safe I remember drinking Starbucks everyday during my pregnancy with my son mind u all I ate was chicken and fruit when I was pregnant only healthy stuff. But is it really safe or should I not touch it anymore

coffee once a day won't hurt you. I drink 2 cups everyday. have since before I was pregnant. still do while breastfeeding. I wouldn't drink anything else with caffeine in it though. coffee and water is all I drink.

The general rule of thumb is 200 MG of caffeine every day is okay. An average 6 oz cup of coffee I believe is around 65 MG but remember 6 oz is not very much at all so if you drink Starbucks I would stick with one cup. You can Google the amount of caffeine is orders though:)

Yeah I'm just drinking half of my Starbucks travel mug I have so its not too much than rest of the day nothing but water
