Well I can't say hey this is what's going on for sure, but if it don't burn or hurt or any of that and there is no smell I wouldn't worry about it, your close to the end of ur pregnancy and your body does odd things like that sometimes just getting ready for labor. I wouldn't worry and just mention it next time you see your doc ;)
