me and my child's father are done n I'm really leaving , I'm moving back with my family tomorrow wich is three hours away . I'm 39 weeks pregnant n my Dr appt is suppose to be Friday , but I'm leaving this town tomorrow . what do I do or tell my Dr ?
will I be able to still have my son in the town where I'm moving to .?

I'd just tell them that due to personal reasons you are having to move back home and ask if he/she has and suggestions as far as a new Dr goes. they aren't really allowed to pry any further so you won't have to explain yourself.
