My acid reflux has gotten so bad that milk and tums don't even work anymore 😩

Haven't had acid reflux yet, but milk has been making me sick for the past couple of weeks... 😞

You can try drinking Sprite. It's caffeine free. Sometimes if you burp it should help somewhat.

I drank this stuff called mylanta (I think that's how it's spelled) but it's not the best tasting but it helps forsure, you can get it at wal mart
