Being a sahm shouldn't be looked at as an "easy job" we are cleaning, doing laundry, doing dishes, folding laundry and putting it all away, scrubbing our houses clean, going grocery shopping, cooking taking care of the kids 24/7 while maintaining the house, bringing your kids everywhere they need too, helping with hmwk, dealing with the drama, fighting, crying and carrying on etc. We should get paid to do this. It's more work than most do at a paying job. But yet man comes home and expects to be served like a king and you to have done all your duties. Like where the fuck is my foot rub or honey you rest you've had a long day. Not saying all of this is me, but for a lot of women it is. We deserve a little appreciation for what we do more often!!

It really is!! We do so much and people think we have it so easy. Like we just sit on our asses all day watching soap operas.

@missjess If you are doing it right no, you are not sitting around. I sit when I am folding laundry or reading books to the kids. I only get to sit and eat once when the children are napping in the afternoons. My day doesn't stop at 6pm. Round 5 is just beginning. When everyone including my husband is asleep is the only time I get to myself

I hear you! I'm constantly cleaning and picking up after everyone and doing and folding laundry it just never ends. Once the baby is here I'll be lucky if I can grab a 10min shower @karnamarie

im very guilty of being one of those people! well used to be until i became a stay at home mom, its the hardesr job that ive had no joke n i only have one baby i cant imagine with more! with a regular job u get to clock out and be done with ur day but not when youre a mom! im not complaining though i love my family but its deff a change from a regular job
