My world stopped

I was changing the laundry over and my husband went to use the restroom. Our 20 month was in the room with our 10 year old and climbed up on the bed and fell, face first, landing on her head. Has anyone had an ultrasound place tell them they were pretty sure it was a boy but it ended up being a girl? I keep looking at the "gender pictures" they gave my sister to give to us but to me it looks like the cord or a foot maybe.
