Well maybe you can try vaping and slowly go down to a 0 nicotine level. Its has no of the harsh chemicals.

cold turkey won't do anything to the baby. I quit cold with both and they're both fine.

@anewmummy, I can't remember bc it was awhile ago when I used to but they have done research on it and there are too many people using the wrong charge and the device exploding on them. it had something to do with the vapor going into your lungs and it just being worse. but I really can't remember.

How did you stop for your first kid, try that. If not try talking to your dr, he/she can help you better than anything.

@michelle2220, The one that explode are bought from china or fakes. Those people who bought them off ebay or a friend that made it didnt realize that it wasnt safe. Also if you leave a vape in the same pocket with some change or coins the battery will leak thats just common sense. And Vapor is just water vapor thats it! So no more harm than anything else you put in your body.

Vaping at first can make you cough worse than cigarettes because the vapor is combating a lung filled with TAR. The more you vape the less tar youll have in your lungs.

vapor is water your putting water in lungs so in other words your slowly drowning yourself

I don't think I should keep commenting. I truely believe that my advice might help you but its kinda turned into a bit debate. All in all I hope you stop smoking cigs. Either by Cold Turkey or with some help.

There are plenty of studies showing vaping is worse for you. the vape juice is chemicals just like a cig is. I used to smoke and I tried quitting with vaping and it didn't work at all. Luckily when I got pregnant I absolutely couldn't stand the smell of cigarettes so i quit cold turkey. Talk to your doctor. The only reason they say quitting cold turkey is bad for your baby is bc of the stress is causes on you. If you are completely stressed to the max by not smoking then that's not good for your baby. Just try to have one or two a day until you can quit completely. Or your doctor can pry get you medicine, just most of the medicine has bad side effects.

@katiekupkakes Im sorry that happened to you but there are shitty fakes out theres and bad mixes of EJuice. I hope thats not a problem to u anymore.

the funny thing is vapping got me to actually smoke cigarettes so yes just stay away and I agree with it causing pneumonia

vaping is so MUCH worse. it crystalizes your lungs. but hey you cant teach someone who doesnt wanna learn. @michelle2220

and also you need to think about babies health. i know first hand how hard it is but its only for 9 months. and you can go back to it if you want too. quit cold turkey isnt gunna harm your baby. watch videos on what it can do.
