im dead ass. and if u r looking for quick relief. if u r able to. turn the shower on. hot as u can handle. plug the bath tub and lay down in there with a face cloth over yr eyes and relax. let the shower run on yr tummy and fill the tub. add sum bubbles or lavender scent if u want. itll help.
