My hospital is saying they won't accept me as a patient until I pay half of the 1300$. Well I'm going to apply for Medicaid but if I do not get my Medicaid figured out before I go into labor will Medicaid reimburse me for the portion I paid?

I got my Medicaid in like 3 days! And that was when I was only 5 weeks so you should get it fast. I live in Texas tho not sure where you live.

I've never heard of such....like she said, if you go into labor or have a medical emergency, they cannot deny you treatment because you don't have insurance

Texas pregnancy Medicaid is considered emergency so it gets approved quick. Do it online. I was approved in 2 days
