are you breastfeeding or formula...sometimes with breastfeeding babies can go a week without pooping and that is normal.

sometimes when that young they need help stimulating their mussels to go...use a qtip with a little vasileen and insert just the tip and turn it...within seconds or minutes it usually worked for my daughter so be ready.
