Breathe through your contractions... It sounds silly but it really helped me!!

I found shouting helped me towards the end but before actully pushing lol @daisysmummy xx

@briony1994, my OH managed to keep me calm through each contraction by helping me control my breathing 😊 I didn't shout or scream at all xx
