Can the start of labor be different than "timed contractions"? My belly is super tight, I'm cramping on and off, have sharp pains here and there and it's kind of hard to breathe... 🤔

Yes it can be, with my first that's how it was like only I felt zero pain and zero contractions even though they were 3 minutes apart and as tight as it could get. Labor doesn't always follow a rule book go with you gut momma.
