Maybe try sitting him up while feeding? And even after eating?

^yeah at least have him sitting up for 30 minutes after feeding. Feed an oz or 2 and burp and then again.

What did the pedi say? Did they observe him for reflux? Is it just normal spit up?

@arlogreyson, he sits up while eating and we actually keep up sitting up for almost an hour! And @arivera64 he was apparently it's normal but it's so much!!! And it comes out his nose :(

That doesn't sound normal- is he drinking to fast? I know when my son drinks to fast it comes back up so I have to stop him every few minutes to let him calm down, it helped.

My son has the same problem and has reflux. He has to be on meds but switching his formula to soy helped alot. Why can't you switch?

@jacesterlingsmommy, he's lactose intolerant...so we have to stick to the same formula...

@arlogreyson, we still have him on the newborn nipple because he always hated the flow of anything higher...he takes his time eating :/ might need a second opinion

same here. I bet he has reflux. my son was spitting up whole bottles

Sounds a little bit like my son. Make sure you take time to burp him well, it was exhausting but I always made sure I got at least one burp out (there was always at least one hiding). When my son was younger I would burp every two ounces. This has helped out A LOT, he rarely ever spits up now. Once you see your lo spit up with milk out of his nose and his mouth looks like a little fountain, you do what you gotta do. 😅

@aightgoddess, we burp him after every ounce! Lol and he always has a good burp (just like his daddy) lol and then 5 minutes later after done eating he just spits up literally everything out his nose mouth...took him to his pedi checked him out said he's fine no reflux...just a normal baby spitting up...like well then! lol I always feel bad when he does cuz he can't breathe then he screams after and cuddles against me:(

Poor thing! That really just doesn't sound normal to me. :( It seems like he does have reflux. I doubt he's overfed? Have you tried smaller feedings with breaks in between? That helped us too. But tbh I feel like you should get another opinion and if you're not satisfied with that, another one! In my experience some professionals aren't even up to date and dismiss moms concerns and make us out to be overly concerned 🙄. Keep trying and just know that with time, it's should ease up as baby ages. I really hope you figure it out. Also, is he gaining fine?

@aightgoddess, oh he's gaining amazingly! He was a premie and at 2 months he's 12 lbs! Lol def going to get another opinion thanks!
