So nauseous, every time I try to eat something, or when I took a Tylenol for my headache, I felt like I was going to puke it back up. I can drink tea and water and be perfectly fine. it's just solids that I feel like I'm going to puke up. And my headache did go away, but it came back not as strong. My temp was 97° when I last checked it. I just feel extremely tired and it feels like I have no energy. And I have no idea what to do...
