@kbabyondway, Well long story short my psycho ex put sugar in one of my cars gas tanks and ruined the engine. I need to renew the plates but, can't without emmisions but, it doesn't drive so that's impossible. Can't sell it because I still owe 2000 on it. Guess how much I needed and finally got saved to take a month off....2000.....so yeah
