Tea tree baths, 2 a day if you can, and tea tree and witch hazel cream, stings a bit at first but it numbs you and it healed me up in a few days maybe a week from starting to use it once my stitches dissolved and I still have a gaping wound 😖

Put your pads and knickers in freezer and get reusable plastic ice cubes and wrap them up and put them in your knickers... I suffered so much with the pain after it was worse than labour X

Natural rock salt from health food shops dissolved in a bath helps speed up healing x

Get a donut cushion (or rubber ring) to sit on as it will take pressure off stitches when sitting. And take painkillers! Xx

Mix a few drops of tea tree oil with a teaspoon of milk and put it in a bath and sit in it for about 20 mins! It will sting first but it helps! Also don't use pads that aren't maternity pads as they let air through and stop moisture building up and helps stop infection! Xx
