@babyno2-suzie, you burn sugars when moving around so can give a false reading .

I had mine yesterday and the nurse was lovely! I got bloods taken at 9.15am, 10.15am and 11.15am. She said I could go for a walk or drive in between which helped pass the time. I think it just depends on the hospital. The only problem is that I have no usable veins on my arms so after being prodded a few times she had to take the blood sample from my hands which wasn't too pleasant. But it's over before you know it! xx
