Would it be fine to let my son stay asleep in his car seat? He would not fall asleep so I put him in his car seat + stroller and walked around with him in our living room for a few minutes and now he's fast asleep

no, it is not recommended. car seats are not designed to support their posture properly so prolong use of the carseat for sleep can cause adverse affects on their spinal development as well as breathing problems (airways can actually be obstructed if their chin is down to their chest)

@amaperalta03, @futuremrspost I managed to transfer him from his car seat to his cradle without waking him so I'm super proud of myself right now lol

if you do in the future dont unbuckle him doing so rids of the chest and neck support which could cause him to stop breathing. sorry if this was already said, honestly to lazy to read the other comments lol
