is that shot they give you around this time really that bad ? i heard horrible things about it im getting it tomorrow along with my glucose test 😩 im soo nervous.

My arm was sore a few days @janae_ but I had no other symptoms or sickness from it. I know everyone is different thoughts ❤️

awww im sure you'll be fine honey. i just had a horrible reaction but im good now!!! it's temporary..yes it was absolutely painful but you'll be just fine. im sorry i scared you with my post lol i was in a BAD condition for a few nights

i got sick as hell from it 😨 & my arm was inflamed for a few days... i just kept trying to move it but it would stiffen up..& yea i got bruised up bad...i had the worst of the worst side effects but not everyone gets like that... most of the women replying on here had it pretty good. i just got unlucky for real lol i even made a post about how excruciating my pain was 😬
Also, they can't test drugs on pregnant women because it's unethical - what if the drug WAS bad for women and they deliberately gave that drug to a bunch of women? But they do animal tests first, and after that they collect data from women who do choose to get the drug or vaccine or whatever. At this point, the TDap vaccine has been given to pregnant women for decades and nobody has self-reported any issues from it. Which is the best they can do for determining the safety of any medical treatment they give pregnant women. TDap is just as "proven safe" as any other drug like Tylenol or Unisom that doctors will let you take during pregnancy. The vaccine insert has a bunch of stuff in it for legal reasons, sure, but read the insert of any drug you've ever been prescribed ever and it will have the same kind of doom-and-gloom cautions. It's there for the lawyers, not there because the drug or vaccine is unsafe.
It didn't hurt worse than any other shot. My arm was a little stiff the next day but not any more than the regular flu shot
okay good ik the medicine will sting like every other shot i hesrd things like it gets brushed it gives you a body fever and it hurts to the point where you cant sleep because of it @bribritany94 so that scared me lol
It's proven no vaxx has been actually tested on a pregnant woman before receiving it request to read the inserts that the vaxx comes with. And if they say they don't have it their lying! Every vaxx comes with one!
I got it a few years ago I'll get it again the 19th. It hurts just as bad as any other shot to begin with but, I was so fucking sore the next day. Honestly more than any shot I've ever gotten. Totally worth it though
