I got to 10cm and pushed for 2 hours but had a c-section...

I'm going to get an IUD on Wednesday..Any expirences out there? I heard its extremly painful and the worst pain during and some women had almost labor pain cramps after ?

I'm really nervous now, I don't do to well with pain.
