@mazeyy09, thank you I had a dizzy spell at work about two weeks ago that caused a headache and shakiness and nausea and my boss said that it might be my sugar getting too low btw I work in a pharmacy.

I meant to at my appointment last Thursday and forgot I always forget

i have it and my chart states 95 in the Am 2hrs after breakfast, lunch and dinner is less than 120. hopefully it helps.

well this was at about seven before dinner but about 4hrs after lunch

@callycat, last time I did something like that I almost passed out, and now I have to eat every two hours, lol and I cant stand food right now. please be careful.

@mrsmom2, I'm doing my best to be careful I try to check my sugar at least once A day and I really haven't had problems eating but I have a hard time with meat I don't really care for it I crave lots of veggies and fruit and sweets.
