Question, mommas!

So, I just started my 2nd week at the daycare as a daycare assistant with newborn up to 2 years old. I have my schedule already for the month of August. It's a guaranteed 40 hours a week, with full benefits after 90 days plus so many hours of training and classes. But...I just now got offered the job I originally applied for at the Connection for graveyard. It's $12/hour to start with pay raises after 90 days, weekly pay, full benefits, guaranteed 40 hours plus OT (no OT at the daycare...strict 40 hours, no more)...I'd feel bad accepting the job offer being as I just started at the daycare and just learned the ropes, have kids loving me, and am a new assistant since a good handfull of theirs just left on maternity leave or for college...but the pay is better at the connection, the benefits are better, the pay is weekly, I won't have to pay almost $80/week for daycare, I won't have to deal with Samira and I getting sick every other day and her picking up bad attitudes and getting knocked around by other kids...I want the better paying job with better benefits (family benefits, not just single person benefits) and OT if wanted or needed, but I'd feel bad leaving them shorthanded at the daycare and screwing up their scheduling and system...what do you guys recommend?
