mommies who have had the membrane sweep, question.. how long after you had it done should you start cramping?
I bled only after he finished it this morning and no more after that and no cramping.
maybe it didn't work?

I had it swept in the morning at my dr appointment that night contractions the next day I had my son

I was 40 weeks 5 days already my inducement date was that weekend but not necessary since true membrane sweep worked

I got mine done last week @39w+4 and I was dilated to a 3 but It didn't work for me. I had a few contractions right after but once they stopped that was it. I had no bleeding or nothing.

Doctor told me its pretty much 50% chance you go into labor within 72 hours, so u may have to do it a couple times.

and I know it doesn't work for everyone just wanted to know what others had to do, or how they felt afterwards.
