do you have credit maybe you could get it out that way? or ask a family member for an old one? also check craigslist theyre always giving stuff away for free the other day they have away 2 free cribs
You could try posting on a local buy sell trade facebook group telling them your situation and everything and that you have no money for one, im sure someone would be willing to help you out!

@thompsonmomma, i already talk to the health department and they dont have noone && @mommaofgirls i have no money for it me n my baby daddy got into it and he left am a single mom its really hard
I agree with @mommaofgirls! Check thrift shops too but if you have to get a used one make sure it's still in date
You don't need a stroller. Talk to the health department and see if maybe they have a program to help with car seats
