@mommemay, yeah im using lasinoh cream. And yes they need to do their research.. @tiffrae pretty much.. But it's crazy how Being a dr or nurse in a hospital don't know info on something so common.

that's what I heard about hsv as well. as long as your not in an outbreak your fine to pass bodily fluids.

Ohhh. Woww. Well do u use nipple butter for your cracked skin? It could help it from being itchy and heal.

I have HSV and they told me that if I have cracked skin I can't breastfeed so I told them no i can as long as I don't have any outbreaks.. And they said no you can't because if you bleed you can transfer it.. You can't transfer herpes through blood only through open lesions and body fluids.. So a lactation lady came and said why are you pumping I said because that nurse told me I couldn't breast feed because my nipples are cracked. She checked my boobs and said as long as you don't outbreak you can breastfeed despite the cracks..i was like i knew it.
