When ever I read a post about pregnant women Peeing while sneezing/coughing I was like NO WAY!…

So last night I watched the Bernie Mac show. It tickled me but Ryan was trying to sleep..anyway, I ended up laughing too hard, threw up and peed in the bed.. he made fun of me for like 20 minutes! I hate him! 😤😤

have u done muscle tightening exercises? they help with that...where u tightin ur muscles down low for a few seconds and relax and repeat.

Maybe my bf hit it to hard yest that it loosen them?🙊😂not sure what happen lol but it was not that long ago I was trying to make a trip to the br and i coughed and like a few came out not all of it but it was just bad for me

Yeah I was shocked the first time it happened to me lol. My fiancé laughed at me non stop. And lucky me I'm dealing with seasonal allergies so I have to remember to cross my legs before I sneeze lol

It happened to me sometimes before pregnant! I'm worried lmao. Every time I had nausea early pregnancy I peed when I vomited lmao.
