I got bad cramps the other day and it is worrying and I called the doctor as I had or nearly all day but mine went away and I've felt much better recently. I hope you feel better soon x

Thanks @megz I was prone to urine infections in my last pregnancy was in and out of hospital with them so I'm hoping it's just trapped wind or stretching! I'm home and in bed now so hopefully feel better in a couple of hours X
