My goal is to be healthy and strong and hopefully to lose what's left of my pregnancy weight and then some! I can't wait to not feel sluggish anymore and to feel like I have enough energy to play with my son and to be strong enough to lift him as he continues to grow! I despise breaking a sweat, but I know it's good for me! *7-week post-delivery*
