Oh my gosh girl pack an extra duffle bag!! With my first I had to figure out a way to cram all the extra goodies the hospital gave me into my already over packed hospital bag lol. With my second I used one and it was definitely much easier. And yes adult diapers!! I think always and some other brands give free samples although it does take a few weeks to deliver. Regardless they are much better than those hospital undies bleh.

some hospitals give you a cup but it's not always the case. I brought my own water bottle so I knew I would have something that held enough water.

nursing bras if you plan to breastfeed. also along with breast feeding a water bottle so you get plenty of water during your stay. my nurses always filled mine up when I was running low the cups were to small for my water intake.
outfit for you and baby. toiletries like deodorant and stuff. that's all I got, I'm a ftm too
