So these past couple of weeks I haven't been producing as much breast milk and that bummed me but I'm finally back to normal. Didn't realized how much your emotional well being affects it

@andiryan93, I'm starting to believe it does. these past 2 weeks I was dealing with so much emotional things, and depression hit hard. this is the first time with my 4 kids that I couldn't even pump 1 oz
