Having a lot of pain today 😣

I'm currently laying on my left side on the couch because even just sitting up hurts so bad.. I'm having pretty intense period like cramps. It hurts even worse if I'm completely standing up. I'm going to eat something then shower, and if I'm still in pain then I'm going to have my husband call and take me to the hospital. Just to be safe and see if I'm dilated or anything.
