can pumping one breast stimulate the milk to come in the other? my right breast is harder to get colostrum out of so he starts nursing onnthat side to stimulate it more. last night my left was leaky so this morning i woke up and pumped, now at a little over an ounce!!! and my right is all tingly and weird feeling.
