Try and ask your doctor if your insurance can take the zofran pump it's actually where you stick the needle in your skin so the medicine goes directly to your system.. I had it up to 5 months It made me depressed but usually it does not last. researchers say people with hypermesis eventually have very healthy babies but you have to stay hydrated. Also buy mango and papayas which help gain weight and keep nausea down. @mrsrose
