3 month old bleeding monthly

So I have no clue if this is normal or if I should be worried. Of course I am a little worried anyways but my 3 month old baby girl has had pink blood in her diaper atleast one day each month. It's like a little pink streak. I know her bleeding that first month is normal but every month? It's like she has a mini period/spotting. I have to get Charley’s bloodwork done in order for her to start her head start program next month. I’m really nervous. How do they take a 2 years old blood?

How do you discipline an 11 month old? Shes been so bad lately and if you tell her no she doesn't listen.
