Have any of you ladies suffered from Mastitis while breastfeeding? If so can you please share your experience with me? I think I may be suffering from it. 😭

@teresabura, my breast is super tender and warm to the touch. And it's been throbbing, I have a large knot on my boob and that spot is all red. And it's extremely painful to nurse. I've tried cold compresses but it didn't help 😔
Why do you think you have mastitis? I thought I did too so I bought lecithin it helped me but it turned out I just had clogged milk ducts
