Why do you think you have mastitis? I thought I did too so I bought lecithin it helped me but it turned out I just had clogged milk ducts

@teresabura, my breast is super tender and warm to the touch. And it's been throbbing, I have a large knot on my boob and that spot is all red. And it's extremely painful to nurse. I've tried cold compresses but it didn't help 😔

like 2 too 3 cloves a day just google garlic clove and mastis I d looking up the benefits of garlic clove and I saw it
