I don't know how old she is, but she looks awfully small to be FF! The law in all states is rear facing at least to 1yr. It is highly recommended to keep them RF to 2 though. Also, her chest clip should be level with her armpits! Not trying to be a bitch, but want your sweet lo to stay safe!

@jadalizemommyforever, I just read that she might be too young for a front facing car seat but she is growing out of the other one. But it's a 4ever car seat by Graco
