Is there any good ways to get rid of headaches

i normally drink alot of water

Lots of water. Tylenol. Peppermint oil on your temples

Also sometimes a bit of caffeine

have SO rub your neck and shoulders sometimes it is just tension

A cup of coffee & a extra strength tylenol works for me && ive had really bad headaches for weeks now

Like they are so bad nd I have to be on my feet all day including the headache ugh
