Mine started to really hurt and then a couple days later they were huge. Keep an eye on it, stay hydrated and your feet up.

Mine always hurt if I don't wear tennis shoes. Even when I walk around the house doing chores I need to wear shoes. I haven't worn flip flops in forever 😝
