I am at the hospital trying to get a test for confirmation so to be sure I am pregnant I mean yeah the test said positive but I noticed after today's fiasco that I had begun to spot..it's has not continued but I am very nauseous and I feel very light headed..plus I fainted after a panic attack and I'm worried I may miscarry again.. please pray for me.
