Normally I take An evening walk outsidefor about 30-45 minutes but now that zika is on the rise..... i guess It's best to go to the ymca.

ok! thanks! I have been using it as well. but my bf is worst than a first time mom.... lmao... he gets mad when I exercise outside.

I have the OFF Deep Woods and use it for everything outside. It performed the best out of every other bug spray against the Aedes mosquito. 8 hours of protection.
