yes i started having them when i at my third trimester, dr said ill have them more often and stronger then normal since i work on my feet alot @anap1012

Ah I'm sorry to hear that. I know they can be very uncomfortable. But if you drink a lot of water that could help. Last time I thought I was having one I was actually in labor lol.

That's good then you were probably dehydrated. It's not surprising with this heat and all lol. But if it doesn't go away it could be real contractions. That's what happened with me. I had like this hour long contraction and I had no idea what to do I even called 911 😂 I had to go to the hospital due to decreased fetal movement. Turns out I was in full blown labor xD
