But on vaginal steaming, when not pregnant steaming can be done for reproductive health. It can also help women who have heavy painful menstrual periods. I offer vaginal steaming as one of my services for my doula business. It's not for cleaning purposes but for healing.

steam vag can make PP bleeding shorter, I stopped bleeding with my first 2 pregnancies 8wks or more with this baby it's stopped bleeding at 2wks because i used the steaming method recommend by an africa woman, i dont own the machine though i just went barbaric and sat on a bucket filled with bowling water lmao but it worked I heard it can also help women with fertility issues

@tenecia, @arivera64 I've heard of it being used for reproductive purposes and that's coll but I feel like it's not something I would do with something I bought off instagram. For me to feel comfortable I would have to be in a professional environment.
