It takes about 2 weeks to get used to it trust me it does stop hurting. Buy some nipple cream it helps even if not cracked it helps lol

yeah pumping really does hurt worse. i literally hate pumping cuz of it and my son is 8 months old

from what I was told, which I've only latched her maybe 10 times but it's never hurt, I switch between breast and formula. My lactation consultant put her on the first time 5 minutes after birth and I felt nothing, it didn't hurt and hasn't sense have you spoken to a consultant?

yeah he's been cluster feeding and he prefers my left breast. @brinnersmommy20 it only hurts about the first 15 seconds or so then thats it. and when he comes off, its tender to the touch

I could only pump lol. I would cry all the time so we quit everything at 3 weeks

when i get home im pumping ili really dont think we will be nursing anymore

just remenber, there is nothing wrong with formula if you can't pump enough or nurse enough. your giving baby colostrum now and that's perfect
