I was in the same situation and I can't get insurance through work because I'm part time and I had caresource and they took it away saying I make too much but I'm only contingent so I'm not even guaranteed any hours and we get so many drug addicts and lazy asses coming in with caresource and Molina and they don't even work! Pisses me off

I'm in same boat here in NH. I have 2 kids another on the way work my butt off an I can't get any kind of help reason is because my boyfriend (all 3 childrens father) an I have to combine our income even though we arent married an we make to much together. the case worker basically told me that if I wanted food stamps for the little help I need it would have to be a different man living with us or no one at all. but as long as my children's father is living with us we cant.

Have you gone to like local food banks or went to your local church asking for help. I know a lot of churches help people in need of food or at least they do where I am from. So sorry your having trouble. We used to have troubles as well so I looked into food banks and churches.

@belly1996, yes but he is in school right now In another city. I only see him a few times a month. I just keep telling myself this is temporary bc once he graduates he will be making more money. He has so many obligations right now it's impossible for him to work.

Oh than that really is hard I was gona say it's easier with a partner and someone to help you
