They'll order back child support more than likely. Unless he can prove with receipts or anything that he's been helping. Even then they'd only deduct that from his back child support. They'll basically order him to pay x amount of child support, and then x amount of back child support.

They have a "formula" it's based on his income. You will get back pay. The way I get my back pay is an extra 100 per month til he is current. It all goes on a debit card. I get a text alerting me when I receive a payment.
